At Prima Designer Studio, your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our policy below regarding size exchanges.
1. No Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products once an order has been placed and shipped. All sales are final.
2. Size Exchange Policy
We offer size exchanges only, subject to the following conditions:

The exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size.

Only one size exchange is allowed per order.
Note: Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for exchange.
3. How to Request a Size Exchange

Current size and requested size

Clear photos of the item (to verify condition)
We will respond within 2 business days with the next steps.
4. Shipping for Exchanges

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Prima Designer Studio will cover the shipping cost of sending the exchanged item back to the customer (within India).

For international customers, both return and re-shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
We recommend using a reliable, trackable courier service for all exchange shipments.
5. Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
